Basic service cleans what you can reach — filters, drain, coil surface. A pressure chemical wash pushes food-safe alkaline chemical at 80–120 PSI into the coil fins and blower wheel, dissolving biofilm and mould that basic service cannot reach. More equipment, more time, deeper result.
By actual PSI after inspection: R22 at RM 2.50 per PSI, R410A and R32 at RM 3.00 per PSI, with a leak check included. We only refill what is missing, so you pay for the real amount rather than a flat top-up fee.
The published installation price covers the first 7 ft of copper pipe, insulation, wire and drain pipe. If your job needs extra piping, a bracket, concealed wall work or high-rise access, the additional cost is quoted on-site and approved by you before we drill.
Yes. If you approve a repair with us, the RM 88 diagnostic fee is waived and only the repair is charged. If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnostic fee — which is still credited if you book the repair within 30 days.

Basic servicing is the maintenance visit: filters washed, front panel and louvres wiped, drain path flushed, outdoor coil brushed, and cooling temperature plus running current checked before the technician leaves. It keeps airflow and efficiency stable but does not strip mould off the coil. Published price starts at RM 99 per 1.0–1.5 HP unit.
Every 3–4 months is the realistic interval for a bedroom unit in KL; stretch it and the next chemical wash gets harder, not cheaper.
A pressure chemical wash is a deep clean done with the indoor unit still on the wall. The technician sheets the wall and floor, sprays a coil-safe chemical onto the evaporator fins and blower wheel, then flushes everything out with a pressurised water jet into a catch bag. It removes the mould film and dust mat that ordinary filter washing cannot reach. Published price starts at RM 120 for a 1.0–1.5 HP wall unit.
Most Klang Valley homes need one every 10–12 months; every 6 months if the unit runs overnight or the room faces a construction site.
A gas top-up restores refrigerant pressure in a system that has lost charge. The technician reads the outdoor unit sticker for the gas type, connects a manifold gauge, checks static and running pressure, then charges by PSI to the manufacturer's target. Refrigerant sits in a sealed loop, so a system that needs topping up has a leak somewhere — the charge is a symptom, not the cure. R32 is priced at RM 3.00 / PSI.
If the same unit needs gas twice in a year, pay for leak detection and repair (RM 120 / leak) instead of a third top-up.
