An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a pre-paid yearly plan that covers scheduled aircond servicing at regular intervals. Instead of booking and paying each time, you pay once a year and we handle the rest — quarterly servicing, priority scheduling, free emergency checks, and discounted repairs. Basic servicing is the maintenance visit: filters washed, front panel and louvres wiped, drain path flushed, outdoor coil brushed, and cooling temperature plus running current checked before the technician leaves. A workmanship warranty covers the labour: if the fault comes back because of how the job was done — a joint that leaks, a drain that was not cleared, a bracket that was not levelled — the contractor returns and fixes it at no charge. The brand warranty is separate and covers manufactured parts such as the compressor or PCB, and it survives only if the unit was installed and serviced correctly.
